  Stopped here for a spot of lunch before heading back out into the cold for a walk. Log fire was roaring, staff super friendly and the game pie was delicious! Affordable to, might I add.

  A really nice place to stop when i am travelling. Quiet, nice atmosphere, fire and very pleasant food. Good hand pull beer.

  Food not great and the service was bad waited half an hour for food and no one came over to make sure everything was ok felt really unwelcome will not b goin back.
